Hello brown beauties!
It has been a while…many thanks to those who have been keeping up with my antics on my Twitter, Instagram and Facebook channels! It has been a busy but eventful few weeks and here’s what I have been up to…
1. I have started a part time MBA at Warwick University (Shard, London campus)
I have resumed my student status (with a NUS card and everything 💃💃💃!) and started my Executive MBA at Warwick Business School early September. After spending the summer applying and interviewing, I was elated to be accepted to this to top ranking university – one of the leading 50 business schools on the world! It’s all about the brains AND beauty 😉😉!
Back to @warwickbschool! Kicked of the new term yesterday and I am back for more! 📚📚📚

Since my induction in the first week of September it has been all go! I have getting myself into a routine of reading and lectures, hence being quiet for so long – but I am finally in the swing of things now.
2. #TwitterWomen and Keziah CONNECTIONS Oct 2017 – The Power of Representation
I have also been planning the October Keziah CONNECTIONS event, which takes place on the 17th in conjunction with Twitter Women UK!! I am so excited about this opportunity! The event will be an evening of inspiration and debate as we discuss the ‘Power of Representation’. Four senior women of colour will take the stage to share there experiences and expertise as to how they manage their career, family and being a Woman of Colour in a position of leadership and power.
Who will be on the panel?
Angie Greaves of Magic Radio, @AngieGreaves
Nilufar Fowler, CEO Mindshare Global, @Nilfleur
Irene Moore, Co-Founder and CEO at DM London @irenemoore_
Carrie Timms, Unilever U.K. Media Director
Andreas Savvides, Twitter Sr. Software Engineer, @andrs and I will moderate the discussion.
There will also be plenty of time for networking and connecting too! Make sure that you book your place today!
Now, don’t worry, my beauty reviews and interviews with pioneering WoC in the beauty and lifestyle industries will recommence too! Look out for a new post next week. In the meantime, thank you for your continued support and I look forward to seeing some of you on the 17th!
