The May evening is set to another great event. Taking place in a weeks time on the 31st of May, Ronke Adeyemi, the editor of brownbeautytalk.com will be sharing her social media savvy!

With over 15 years experience in journalism and marketing, Ronke Adeyemi has worked for a wide variety of companies in the B2B and B2C sectors. She is a creative, professional and motivated digital marketer who has proven success of implementing and strategic planning of branding and merchandising projects. She also has a real passion for Social Media platforms which she utilises to spread awareness about the brands she has worked with.

Ronke set up the brownbeauty (#BBT) discussion in June 2013 as a forum where Women of Colour (WoC) could discuss beauty issues that affect them. They have covered everything from finding the right foundation, WoC who run their own beauty businesses, body image, sun care for the WoC and going natural.
The platform has grown extensively over this time, boasting nearly 4,000 followers on Twitter and over 14,000 followers on Instagram.
