High Street Chic – Black Beauty in the Media: July/August 2012 pt. 2

Part two of the July/August installment of  my ‘Black Beauty in the Media’ review.

Check out part one here!!

The main fashion  story in the July/August issue of the Marks and Spencer magazine features Israeli born model Israela Avtau, who stands at a statuesque 5,9″ and is represented by Next Models in Europe.

I really liked the hair and makeup in this feature because it so wearable.  I did contact the agency One Make-Up to find out what products were used, but unfortunately the MUA was no longer being represented by the business and the hair stylist was away on holiday!  If you are an MUA, let me which products you would use to re-create the looks!  I will publish your suggestions in a future post!

What colour do you think her weave is? Really want to go lighter for summer?
