Hello!
A Happy New Year to you all…ok so it is the third week of January..but hey, I have to wish you all the very best for the year ahead…which I feel is going to be an AMAZING YEAR!
I am writing this post a little later than I had planned…I have had a whirl-wind start to the year and then I was without both my laptop and my phone last week (painful much!!) but now I am back..with gusto, passion and zeal!
Whoop!
Firstly, I want to say a massive thanks to God, he has been amazing and is my rock, my guide, my disciplinarian (yep, I need to be kept in check sometimes!) and he is my friend! Last year was fantastic and I give God all the glory!
One of the highlights of the year was meeting and connecting with so many of you – exceptional women of colour who are trailblazing the way in changing how we are perceived in wider society.
Thank you all for your continued support of my blog, for coming to hear me speak at the 2013 WOW Festival and the 2013 Making Cosmetics Conference and for voting for me to be a finalist at the 2013 Precious Awards!
Also thanks to all of you who have championed Keziah CONNECTIONS!
I couldn’t have dreamt that it would have taken of the way it did and I couldn’t have done it without you! Look out for more news about what’s in store for Keziah CONNECTIONS in the coming months!
